Registration
What will happen after register and pay
Once you register and make a full payment, you will receive a welcome email with your receipt attached. The email will have a student portal link that contains a username and a password. Click on the link and schedule your behind-the-wheel training.
What is the difference between adult and teen registration
Teen registry requires parents’ consent. Parents’ information has to be included.
How do I know if there is spot available before I register
If our booking period is not written on the front page of the website or your have specific time frame in mind, Call us and ask 403-971-2264 or send your request to info@glenbowdrivingschool.com
What does it take to earn a Certificate
In order to earn the insurance reduction certificate, you have to pass the 15 hours knowledge base online course and a minimum 10 hours Behind-the-Wheel training. Upon completion of both courses successfully, the school will give you a certificate which you can take to any registry. The registry will add a code “U” on your driving record. When insurance companies recognize you as professionally trained, they will give you significant discount on your insurance premiums.
Can I learn the 15 hours lesson in-classroom environment
Yes, you can. If you prefer the 15 hours lesson in a classroom environment, please call the school as soon as you register, and the school will arrange it for you.
Payment
For packages priced above $300, there will be a cancellation fee of $150. For packages priced between ($125 – $300), a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. There is no refund once the course starts.
We do not provide payment plan.
Once you select your package by clicking on Adult Registration or Teen Registration and fill up all the necessary information on the registration form, you may pay online using major credit cards 
, visa debit, or email transfer to info@tuscanydrivingschool.com. To arrange for cash payment, call the school at 403-971-2264.
How can I pay for more services?
Simply go to your student portal, click on enrollment and add from the list of services.
Road Test
Can I use one of your vehicles for road test?
Yes, you can. If you would like to use one of our vehicles for your road test, enroll the service from your student portal. In order to secure the availability of the vehicle, book your road test at the end of your last lesson. Ask your instructor for details.
Can the school book road test for me?
No, road test should be booked directly from registry website or by visiting registry offices in-person. The road test will be conducted at the Alberta Registries by licensed examiners.
How many exams should I pass to earn the certificate?
#1, Thirty multiple choice questions after finishing 15 hours online or in-classroom lessons. “passing grade is > 80%
#2, 10 hours behind-the-wheel. Your instructor will give you evaluation of your improvement after each behind-the-wheel training with final result at the end.” passing grade is > 75%”
Do I need to pass the basic road test to earn certificate?
No. Your road test result has nothing to do with our certificate.

Lessons
Can I use my parents car for the lesson?
No, for our student’s safety, the vehicles we use for lessons should have a rooftop student driver sign and dual brakes.
Do you provide pickup service?
Yes! we provide free pick up and drop off service from North West of Calgary and Cochrane locations
How do I change my pick up location
Login to your student portal account, click on the lesson you want to change and edit the pick up location. Your instructor will be notified immediately
Can I take my last lesson right before my road test
We recommend students to take the last lesson right before road test.
