Teen Driver Education

All certificate qualified packages provide the student with 15 hours of online knowledge base education and minimum of 10 hours Behind-The-Wheel training. For our Behind-The-Wheel coaching We offer weekday, Saturday/Sunday and evening lessons. Our focus is not only to make them pass the road test but also to teach them safe way of driving that can take them through life.

Programs Recommended for Teenagers

• Complete Driving Education (15 Hr. Online  + 10 Behind the Wheel Lessons) for students who have been driving with family members
• Extended Driving Education (15 Hr. Online + 20 Behind the Wheel Lessons Only) for students with zero driving experience.
• Additional Practice Hours (students have an options to add Behind the Wheel Lessons)

Program Overview

Both programs, Complete and Extended Driving Education earn Insurance Reduction Certificate. We provide free pick up and drop off at from the town of Cochrane for all behind-the-wheel lessons. Once you registered and schedule yourself, one of our Alberta Transportation Licensed instructor will come and pick you up from Cochrane. If you are living outside of Cochrane, please come Starbucks Coffee shop located at 120 Fifth Ave, Cochrane, AB T4C 1X3. If you prefer to get picked up from different location in Cochrane, You also can write it down your student portal. Our instructor’s travel time is never deducted from the lesson. We guarantee to cover all phases of driving including basics of driving, all 5 different type of parking, Driving in downtown Calgary, Highway driving and preparation to road test.

There are never any extra charges for registration, make-up classes. When you have completed 15 hours of online, and 10 hours of behind-the-wheel lessons successfully, we will immediately certify you with the Insurance Reduction Certificate.

We also have programs for those teens that need to take only the behind-the-wheel lessons.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must hold a learner’s driver’s license (class 7) for at least one year.
• You must be accompanied by a fully licensed (non-GDL probationary) driver who is 18 years of age or older and is seated next to you.
• You are not permitted to drive from midnight to 5 a.m.
• You are not permitted to have more passengers than seat belts.
• You will be suspended if you accumulate eight or more demerit points.
• You must have zero level of alcohol and drug when driving (or riding a motorcycle).
